Custom Order Request Policy

We are currently accepting custom orders (Commissions). 

Artwork Descriptions: We strive to accurately describe and present each piece on this website.  Please email us for further information or pictures if needed.  

CUSTOM ORDERS: Our artwork or products have the option for custom orders. Some pieces may vary in size or color but will be very similar to the original. Contact us with as much information as possible with your custom orders. If you can send a picture, that always helps. 

DEPOSIT: We require at least a 50% deposit on all custom order request. The remaining unpaid balance must be paid in full within 24 hours of the order being completed. We will notify the customer when the balance is due & it must be paid upon receiving the invoice. 

*Gourgues Creations, reserves the right to collect full payment prior to a custom order being processed.*

TURN AROUND TIME: Please know that making beautiful art is a work in progress. We strive to complete orders in a timely fashion but please know that some orders could take 4-6 weeks for delivery as all custom orders are MADE TO ORDER. 

RUSH ORDERS: We are happy to accommodate any request for orders to be completed in a faster than normal time frame. The customer understands that due to the nature of our medium, a rush order means the commissioned request needs up to 4 days to be completed. There is a $15 expedite fee on all RUSH ORDERS. 

SHIPPING FEE: There will be an initial S&H charges added to all invoice at the time of purchase based on the weight of the item(s). If additional S&H fees are due once the order is prepared to ship, the customer will receive an additional invoice for any overages & must be paid prior to the order being shipped. After the invoices are paid in full, we will create a shipping label & the customer will receive a separate email with the shipping tracking number.  

RETURNS/REFUNDS: Unfortunately, we regret to advise that we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we want all of our clients to be 110% satisfied so we will take all details into consideration and come up with an agreeable resolution when needed.
